The appraiser will develop the appraisal and value conclusion in an unbiased and independent manner and will not perform services conditioned on arriving at a minimum, predetermined suggested, required, requested or similar conclusion. The appraisal will meet the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the code of professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. Fee to be determined and paid prior to delivery of report. A general purpose form, designed for non-lending work will be utilized.
